The reader will no doubt gain two important perceptions from this book. The first is that the Albanian nationality enjoys complete equality in all national and self-management rights with the other nations and nationalities of Yugoslavia, and all the comparative advantages deriving from living in its homeland of Yugoslavia. The second is that Yugoslavia in spite of the anti-Yugoslav stance of the political and state leadership of Albania, headed by Enver Hoxha, is investing constant efforts in improving relations with this adjacent socialist country not only in the mutual interest but also in the interests of peace, security and stability in this part of the world.
